To report IN-GAME error/bug, please send an email to : gm@3kingdom.net

Data needed for Bug/Error report
Included in this report are all events that do not progress normally.
For example: Item can not be used, the duration of the item did not work as they should be, monsters that do not appear at ussual place, etc..If you experienced something like the above, please send an email with the following format:

Data needed to report Stuck
Included in this report are all instances where you can not run your character normally.
For example: the character can not be move normaly, can not login to a specific ID.
If you are can not move your character normally, the first step you should do is use existing skills in the Skill Reborn Interface (shortcut K) in the Magic tab.
If the character is still stuck, please send an email with the following format:

Data needed to report Hack / Loss
Included in this report are all the events where you lose the item that you suspect has been transferred to another character or removed from your character by others. Please note, GM Team is not responsible for any loss caused by Sharing ID and / or player carelessness.
