    I will try to keep this directed straight towards the server and the server only, so please do not spam the thread with childish comments as we all do know as a community (Enemies or Allies) that the server for the past 4-5 months has been to unstable considering all the money we provide WaveGames with by spending in the game.

    Introduction:
    During my 3 Week Holiday this summer between (June-July) there was 0% lag while I were playing on the server. (Only tiny bits from time to time) which I expect as I am living in Sweden. Now, somewhere during the end of August / beginning of September 2018 the server suddenly changed. It was slowly getting worse and worse until what it is now, which is totally unplayable (for some I may add).

    - During this time, the playerbase during Kingdom War / Total War has been the same (+/-), we have constently been around all the way from 80-125 players both during the summer and when the lag started to appear.

    - I've personally recognized that more players are coming back to the game like (A.P.P) along with others which is very nice as we don't want the game to die. However it seems like more players are doing their instances (even during wartimes), this is one thing due to the lack of bandwidth being pulled out to both (Locals and International players) which causes the server to go on "Overload", meaning it will constently throttle as the server itself knows that more bandwidth is required, but since the Developers / Server technicians to 100% has set the bandwidth to one single level it causes everybody on the server to have a effect/or effects mentioned later in this thread.

    Example on bandwidth struggle:
    - Server settings are set to pull out a maximum of 20mbit/s.
    - Server requires atleast 50mbit/s due to the current playerbase.
    - This causes the server to lack 30mbit/s which causes immense lag across all players.

    Note: These are not actual numbers, only an example!

    - The most asked question would then be: "Why don't they increase bandwidth?"

    Well because MORE bandwidth costs MORE money and since a company's interest is about earning money they usually go down ALOT in this to earn as much as possible, but does this mean that there is no room to increase? Trust me, with all the spending from the players in this game there is more then enough room to increase the bandwidth.

    Effects on the players:
    - Rubberbanding - (causing players to be on one spot and fly back on another spot)

    - Appear/Disappear - It causes people to appear and then disappear on the screen even though they are on the same spot as before. (This effect causes a player to first being targeted by you and then when the person appear again you will have to re-target the player).
    - Players being a Ghost (Invisible) - This is almost the same as the "Appear/Disappear" effect just somewhat worse as it's a effect which is caused when a larger group runs into a player who is trying to take a city. The effect causes the group to see the (1) player on the statue but the (1) player on the statue cannot see the group attacking him/her. It basically causes the player to die without seeing anyone there which is a huge disadvantage.
    - Delay/Input lag - This is different from time to time and from person to person. Usually my PING / MS on the server is between 150-190ms which isn't much in a MMORPG, however in a FPS-GAME like CS:GO this would be unplayable, but like I wrote; It usually don't have the same effect in MMORPGs. The average delay I've had the past 4-5 months has been around 4-5 seconds (400-500ms), now even though it's a MMORPG and games like that usually can handle quite high MS / PING this causes the game to be unplayable, it is just to much even for a MMORPG.

    Solutions:
    1). Reducing the amount of Total Wars there is per week.
    Example: Having 2 Total Wars instead of 3 (#1 Wednesday and #2 Saturday/Sunday). This would make more people appear during the Total Wars as it wont be as many of them per week and there would be (1) less day a week that the bandwidth would be increased (explained in a later solution).
    2). Making it impossible to entré / start a instance in Main Hall / Temple of Heaven during war time / kicks out any player who is doing their instances during war.
    Example: Whe war begins the Main Hall's / Temple of Heaven's instances would be LOCKED / CLOSED and any player inside an instance would be kicked out and return to Main Hall / Temple of Heaven. This would make the overload during Total War to be reduced by alot as there are 50+ players at times doing instances during Total War.
    3). Increasing the bandwidth during Total Wars.
    This solution would add up to the reduce the amount of Total Wars / week as it costs more to increase the bandwidth only having (2 Total Wars / week) would cost less then increasing the bandwidth for 3 Total Wars / week. (This isn't the first choice solution I would take but if it helps the developers to make a choice / fix faster, I would take until they find a permanent solution).
    4). Increasing the bandwidth overall.
    By overall I mean all the time, instead of pulling out cheap power to your community, listen to all the players you have sponsoring / donating you / the community (call it what you want). Make it permanent, increase the bandwidth until you stop getting players who are frustrated with you not doing everything you can to make the server better.

    Thanks to anyone who read the topic and please leave your opinion on the lag in the comments, but keep it clean from hate and such. We are all here as a community (Enemies, Allies or Friends), this doesn't matter here as the server effects us all.

    My personal opinion: I won't be playing any Total War until the server issues are fixed and same goes for most of Vangardia. If YOU want a change you might want to re-think how you can make a change. I will tell you that a change for sure won't come when all of us keep spending and showing up in-game, but that's just my opinion. Take care guys, see you when servers are fixed.

    We aware that international players has lag issue on our game. Therefore, could you do some favor to us by using tracert & ping:

    1. Press (Windows + R) button
    2. Type "CMD" (Run as administrator)
    3. Type "tracert 116.212.98.12" copy paste the result
    4. Type "ping 116.212.98.12" copy paste the result
    5. Do these during Total War times so we can investigate this faster
