Hello everyone, would like to know what strike hit is. Haven't seen "Strike" pop out like "Critical"

Someone told me its for Ene/Int players but my Pow Archer skill has 20% chance to Strike Hit, so, I think its for physical and energy

How is "Strike Hit" damage computed too
